He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Church (Hummingbird) and Sidney D. Church; his wife Dortha Louise Church (Stafford); his son James David Church; his siblings, Jack Church of Claremore, OK, Larry Joe Church and Patricia Ruth Hudson; and his daughter-in-law Charity Kay Church.
He is survived by: his children, Sidney D. (Brenda), Robert (Sidney D.) of Stilwell, OK, Ericka of Norman, OK, Sheila Johnson (Lawrence), Pamela Knight (Larry) and Shawna Wilson (Blaine); his grandchildren, Michael Raue, Rusty Raue, Jared Johnson, Blake Johnson, Tyler, Tiffknee Wilson, Desiree, Daniel Skaggs, Justin Wilson, Quan Church, Toby Church, Zach Reidel, Kristen, Daven Loftin, Heather Patches, Sara, Matthew Owen, Lara, Steven Foshee, Cynthia, Clint DeRos, Heather Spears, Sarah Folsom and Jennifer Spears; and his brother Donald Church of Locust Grove, OK. He is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren, several other relatives and friends.
