He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Lila Harris (Goode) and Raymond Edward Tayloe, Sr.; his spouse Francis Kay Tayloe (Burris); his son Raymond Edward Tayloe, III; and his brother Bob Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Lee Ann (William Armistead) and Charles Henry Tayloe (Angela); his daughter-in-law Sheila Edens; his brother Bill Harris (Caryl); and his aunt Sarah Powell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
