He is survived by: his children, Dustin Risley and Kristen Risley; and his siblings, Allene Laymon of Vian, OK, Shirley Malone of Gore, OK, Carmal Risley of Vian, OK and Robert Risley of Vian, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
