He was predeceased by: his parents, Berniece Martin (Corbett) and John William Fugate; and his siblings, Wilma Ealum and Bernard Fugate. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Fugate (Parker); his sons, Marvin Keith Fugate, Andrea of Salem, OR and Jeffrey William Fugate of Blackgum; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Josephine, Morgan, Andrew and Braxton; his great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Ezra, Asher, Amelia, Angel, Julian, Melodi and Remi; his sister Joyce Hoffman of Windsor, CA; and his nieces and nephews, Donald, Linda, Patricia, Cheryl, Richard, Donna, Brent and April.
