She was predeceased by: her parents, Stokes Smith and Lila McCoy Smith; and her siblings, Christine Smith Fields, William Lee Smith, Stokes Smith, Jr., Manual Smith and Benny Smith.

She is survived by: her sister Christine Smith Feilds; her children, Veda (Jerry McPeak) and Victor (Tammy Wildcat); her grandchildren, Jeff, Shiloh McPeak of Webbers Falls, OK, Jason, Emmy McPeak of Checotah, OK, Jinger McPeak of Broken Arrow, OK, Jori, Jared Fast of Porum, OK and Sky Babala Wildcat of Tulsa, OK; her great grandchildren, Jayce Lonnie McPeak, Jade Shawn-Marie McPeak and Drew Christopher Hopkins; and her siblings, Lucy Lou Smith of Vian, OK and Crosslin Fields Smith (Numerous) of Vian, OK. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions to the Levada Wildcat Nursing Scholarship Fund, PO Box 63, Warner OK 74469.
