He is survived by: his children, Montea Johnson (Chris Randolph) and Johnny Wayne Peoples (Trudie); his grandchildren, Teara Turner (Mitchell), Angelica Johnson of North Carolina, Ariel Preston (Mickey), Samantha Johnson (Colton), Sheldon Peoples of Fort Smith, AR, Charlie Cotner of Sallisaw, OK, Tyler Locust of Sallisaw, OK, Michael Locust (Logan) of Sallisaw, OK and Grant Peoples (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Majestic, Zayla, Bentley, Skyler, Kathlina, Kathilaya, Madisen, Connor, McKenzie, River and Mickey.
