He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clara Wells Cotner and Joe Francis Cotner; his son Jeff; his wife Joyce Ethlyn Cotner; his children, Jana Beth Parker (Bill Parker) of Fort Gibson, OK and Jeffry Joe Cotner; his grandchildren, Tyler Kale Parker, Caitlin Claire Parker Estell (Bobby Estell) of Nashville, Tennessee and Grace Lauren Parker Gasso (DJ Gasso); his great grandchildren, June Beatrice Parker, Adelaide Ruth Parker and Parker James Gasso; his sisters, Linda Bynum (Bob) of Sand Springs, Brenda Spears of Vian, Carolyn Williams (Ned) of Pawnee and Sally Simon (Jerry) of Vian; his friend Dr. Bill Anderson; his granddaughter-in-law Blythe Haaga Parker of Eagle Rock, California; his siblings-in-law, Tommy and Barb McCreight of Sallisaw; his nephews, Joe Paul Simon, Michael Bynum and Grant Williams; and his grandsons-in-law, DJ Gasso, Bobby Estell, Creighton Ellis, Dr. Bill Anderson and Garrett Ford. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
