He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Clyde Waters Bohannon (Riddle) and John Waters, Jr.; his wife Mary Waters (Young); his son Roger D. Waters; and his siblings, Norma Ackerman and Calvin Waters.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Faye Young of Vian, OK and Randy L. Waters (Winnie) of Vian, OK; his grandchildren, Alisha Hart, Misty Hardwick, Chance Waters, Natasha Leonardo, Mary Locust, Angela Locust, Tonya Locust, Monica Locust, Danielle Locust, Angel Locust and Star Locust; and his friend Melissa Applegate of Vian, OK. He is also survived by 35 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
