She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Marie McCoy (Plum) and Stand Waite McCoy; her husband Clifford Winsel; her grandchildren, Donnie Stanhope, Jr., Brent Bebo Carter and Ronelle Han; and her siblings, Betty Lou Brown, Alice Scoggins, Christine Miska, Elight McCoy, Alex McCoy, Norman McCoy, Ray McCoy and O. W. "Don" McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Han-Carter of Vian, Oklahoma and Robert Pete Han of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Roxanna Han, Rosanna Han (Ronnie) and Justin Han (Alena); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Roderick, Owen, Noah and Liam; and her siblings, Dorothy McMahan, Lois Hart, Carroll Rabbitt Hart of Vian, Oklahoma and Larry McCoy (Polly). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Agent & Mallory Martin Funeral Home (123 S Wheeler Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Dwight Mission Cemetery.
