He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhoda Ossie Seay (Sutterfield) and Francis Irving Seay; his wife Mary Sue Davis; and his brothers, James Seay and Jim Seay.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vanessa Lee of Vian and Valerie Tucker (Damon); his grandchildren, Braxton, Alyssa Lee of Vian, OK, Cade and Cord Tucker of Sallisaw, OK; and his brother Tom Seay of Sand Springs, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
