He was predeceased by: his former wife Lahoma Campbell (Yahola); his wife Jean Campbell (Rozell); and his siblings, Paul Campbell, Wanda Starr and Phyllis Stotts.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Pratt (Sam) and Clayton Campbell of Vian, OK; his grandchildren, Vanessa Pratt of Kingfisher, OK, Brittany Pratt of Sallisaw, OK, Brandie Kennedy, David of Sallisaw, OK, Ryan Campbell of Purcell, OK and Cameron Campbell of Checotah, OK; and his siblings, Ford Campbell of Vian, OK, Jimmy Campbell of New Mexico and Mildred Horn of Prague, OK. He is also survived by 14 Great-Grandchildren, several other relatives and friends.
