He is survived by: his daughters, Faith Hickelheim of St. Louis, MO, Hope Lambert of Pacific, MO and Charity Brooks of Gore, OK; his grandchildren, Casey Smith, Luci Oliver, Hollie Bone, Ethan Oliver, Samantha Davis, Bailey Davis, Wyatt Brooks, Kaden Hickelheim and Blake Hickelheim; his great grandchildren, Bentley Smith, Draven Bone, Hunter Bone and Greyson Davis; his siblings, Edna Baldridge of Vian, OK, Tammy Carter (Charlie), Gail Walters (Dustin) and Kelly Hickelheim (Tina); his nephews, Tommy Baldridge, Johnny Teehee, Michael Teehee and Timmy Baldridge; and his brother-in-law Jerry Spears of Gore, OK.
