He is survived by: his brother Rick Herod (Debbie); his nephews, Joshua Herod of Vian, OK and Matthew Herod of Gans, OK; his niece Jennifer Stoner of Vian, OK; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin Herod, Ryker Covey, Nicki Stoner, Brooklyn Herod and Kylie Covey; his sister-in-law Leslie Herod of Vian, OK; and his niece-in-law Jan Herod of Vian, OK.
