She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Skaggs and Audrey Ross Skaggs; her children, Larry and Glenda; and her siblings, Inez Brumley, James, Kenneth and Floyd Skaggs.
She is survived by: her siblings, Louise Weber, Eldridge and Bob Skaggs; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brian Harris of Mounds, Heather, Dustin Blackwood of Jenks, Audra and Clint Brown of Bixby, Oklahoma.; and her great grandchildren, Nate, Jake, Jesse Harris, Gracie Blackwood, Cali and Silas Brown. She is also survived by her husband and sweetheart for 70 years, JC of the home, the daughter.
