He is survived by: his wife Wanda Johnston Brooks; his children, Robin Cowan of Henryetta, OK, Kimberly Rogers of Lander, WY, Brandi Hall of New Jersey, Betty Diane Navare of New Jersey, Marty Hye of Oklahoma City, OK and Charles Brooks II of Mississippi; and his sister Pansy Blaksley of Grand Lake, OK. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
