Risley of Vian, Oklahoma, born in Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Maude Elizabeth Risley (Ross) and Clifton Willis Risley; his wife Betty Fern Risley (Yancey); and his siblings, Florene Risley Carey, Norman Risley, Donald Risley, Roy Risley, Sr., Honorary Pallbearers, Zackery Risley, Mark Risley, Charles Risley, Logan Mowery, Robert Risley of Vian, OK and Johnny Risley. He also left behind four grandchildren: Breighton Risley Mowery, Logan Tanner Mowery, Cory Risley and Kingston Risley! They will miss him as long as they live.

He is survived by : his children, Tanya Johnson of Sallisaw, OK, Kristie Mowery, Britton of El Reno, OK and Zackery Risley of Sallisaw, OK; and his sisters, Shirley Malone (Kellogg) of Vian, OK and Allene Laymon of Vian, OK. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
