She is survived by: her spouse Donald Charles Hooker; her children, Hooker DeBiase of Vian, OK, Michael DeBiase of Danbury, CT and Donna Collins of Vian, OK; her stepchildren, Charles Hooker, Michael and Laura Lenhard; her grandchildren, Kelsea, Rachael, Rebekah, Christina, Daisy, Devin, Grant, Mason, Zakery and Derek; her sisters, Vykiena King Sayles of Connecticut and Jean King Brown of Vermont She; and also Lisa Ridgeway of Vian, OK. She is also survived by several great grandchildren many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
