She was predeceased by: her father James Burgess Horn; her former husband Vernon Arthur Leep; her mother Lula Edna Horn (Davis); and her siblings, Sue Ella McCoy, Dallas Horn, Doyle Horn and Bill Horn.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Lee; her niece Kim; her mother-in-law Ethel Leep; her daughters, Verna Leep of Thoreau, NM and Jerie Leep of Vian, OK; and her sisters, Elma Dean White of Vian, OK, Cuba Kennedy of Vian, OK and Melcena Barenberg of Vian, OK. She is also survived by cousins, brothers in law, sisters in law.
