She was predeceased by: her parents, George Otis Hawkins and Hazel Belle Hawkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles "Buddy" Hawkins of Texas and Beverly Papania of Oregon; her children, Pamela Jarrett, Melissa May of Claremore, Suzanne Mattke of Bartlesville and Paul Mattke of Broken Arrow; her children-in-law, Johnny Jarrett, Daniel May, Cory Fehr and Sharon Mattke; and her grandchildren, Megan (Jacob Elliott), Kacie Mattke, Jacob Mattke, Christopher (Jordan Jarrett) and Mary Emma Fehr Mattke.
Donations may be made in her honor to the First Baptist Church of Verdigris.
