He is survived by: his wife Debby Murphy; his children, Steve Murphy (Dana) of Claremore, Jennifer Murphy-Lopez (Antonio) of Verdigris and Jodi Hawkins (James) of Inola; his grandchildren, Erica Philips (Jared King) of Verdigris, Marcus Murphy (Mary Kate) of Pryor, Dalton Murphy (Caitlin Campbell) of Pryor, Casie Wallis (Dillon Wallis) of Verdigris, Sean Hawkins, Maddy Hawkins and Austin Lopez; and his siblings, Linda Sue Payne, Donna McAnelly (AJaye) and Randy.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rice Funeral Service (631 E Will Rogers Blvd, Claremore, OK 74017).
