He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Treadwell and Ollie Mae Treadwell; his sister Wanda Jean; and his son Johnny Mac. He is survived by: his wife Lezle; his children, Suzie Treadwell, Neal Treadwell, John Matthew Treadwell (Bridget) and Lezle Suzanne Treadwell; his nephew John Burnett; and his grandchildren, Jacey, Dally, Bristol Treadwell, Isaac, Jacob Treadwell, Jett, Jayton Roach and Revelle Collins.
