He was predeceased by: his parents, Rema McCoy Scott and Wesley R. Scott; his brother Chuck Scott; and his grandmother Stella. He is survived by: his wife Fern Millikin; his daughter Ginger Faye McCoy Reimer; his son-in-law Rick Reimer; his siblings, Glenda Faye Bailey (Robert) and Ronnie Scott (Johnnie Sue); his sister-in-law Connie Scott; his stepbrother Jody Scott (Cindy); and his brother Gary Scott.
It was Cliff's desire that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Gideon Memorial Bible Representative, https://www.gideons.org, continuing to spread the Gospel of Jesus so that none would perish but have everlasting life by accepting Jesus as their Savior.
