He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Allen and Dora Maxine Nichols (Duncan); his children, Leslie Nichols and Jason Nichols; and his sister Janet Hampton.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Johnson; his son Trevor (Mindy Nichols) of Marlow; his grandchildren, Preston and Paisley Nichols; and his siblings, Linda (Butch Long) of Butcher Pen, Rodney Nichols of Altus and Gary (Pam Nichols) of Ratliff City.
He completed his earthly journey on January 20, 2021 at the age of 69 from complications of COVID-19 in Duncan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his honor can be made to the donor's charity of choice.
