She is survived by: her husband Ricky Hazen; her close friend Scott Woods; her children, Kenny Hazen of Velma and Rikki Southerland (Jackie) of Velma; her grandchildren, Kylie Simmons, Kyle Hazen, Skyler Southerland, Harley Hazen, Aiden Southerland, Hunter Hazen and Ryder Hazen; her great grandchildren, Bryton Simmons, Hayden Simmons, Haiston Hazen, Kreed Hazen and Kinley Hazen; and her siblings, Terry Armstrong of Tuttle and Estelle Saunders (Steve) of Dayton, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
