We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021, at the age of 89, Frank Carl O'Neal (Velma, Oklahoma), born in Crowder, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac "Red" O'Neal and Julia Duckworth O'Neal; and his siblings, Jack O'Neal and Shirley Cole. He is survived by: his sons, Ricky O'Neal and Justin O'Neal; his wife Marie O'Neal; his son Frankie O'Neal (Renee); his grandchildren, Ricky, Cammie O'Neal, Dustin O'Neal, Austin, Sarah O'Neal, Derek, Bonnie O'Neal, Danielle O'Neal, Karen and Chris Landram; and his great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Landon, Bentley, Allie, Addison, Sterling, Brandon and Tyler. He is also survived by cousins and relatives including his wife's children, grand children and great grand children.
The family is requiring all in attendance to WEAR MASKS and practice social distancing.
