He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Maxwell and Pauline Maxwell (Hoffman); his wife Patsy Amos; his siblings, Kenneth, Carlis and Annette O'Neal; and his granddaughter Braylee Rae Henry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Henson (JB) of Velma and Valerie Richardson (Dewayne) of Comanche; his siblings, Mitchell Maxwell (Judy) of Collinsville and Joyce Parreira (Danny) of Hanford, California; his grandchildren, Jaycee, Jackson Henson of Velma, Jayden Cox (Dylan) of Arkansas City, KS and Carly Richardson of Dallas, TX; his great grandchildren, Leighton and Lawsyn Cox of Arkansas City, KS.; and his close friends, Joe Mitchell, Chad Williams, Kyle Springer, Roger Martin and Billy Henry.
