She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cody and Vastine Cody (Winters); her husband Benny James; and her siblings, Clovis Cody, Aline Montgomery (Cody), Loretta Miller (Cody) and Lawanda Wheeler (Cody).
She is survived by: her children, Shannon James (Melissa) of Houston, TX and Amanda Morehead (Barry) of Valliant, OK; her grandchildren, Bradley Morehead, Brayden Morehead, Tanner James and Taylor James; and her brother Lyn Cody of Millerton, OK. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
