It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Burniece Tuck (Valliant, Oklahoma), born in Pickens, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dalton Cooper and Froney Mae Cooper (Baker); her husband James Webb Tuck; her sons, Raymond Gregory Fennell and Bobby Ray Fennell; her daughter-in-law Della Fennell; her siblings, Anderson Cooper and Mae; her grandmother Provence; and her granddaughter Chloe Beth Fennell.
She is survived by: her sons, Tony Ray Fennell (Debbie) of Valliant, OK and Randy Dalton Fennell (Beverly) of Howe, OK; her siblings, Quorter M. Cooper (Mary), Goldie and Mildred; and her grandchildren, Heath Fennell (Amy), Crystal Harber (Destry), Adam Fennell (Alina), Alan Fennell, Pam Armstrong (Randy) and Kristina Fennell. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
