She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Mack" Whatley and Modena Whatley (Provence); her husband Junior David Cunningham (JD); her brother Bill Whatley; and her daughter-in-law Judy Cunningham (Tonihika).
She is survived by: her son Larry Cunningham of Rufe, OK; her sister Fredalene Warford of Hugo, OK; her grandchildren, Lance Cunningham (Debbie) of Rufe, OK and Lana Sparlin of Rufe, OK; and her great grandchildren, Brittany Vergara (Cunningham), Shawnie Cunningham, Jace Cunningham, Kaleb Sparlin and Bailey Sparlin.
