He is survived by: his spouse Matilda Wade Paxton of Valliant; his children, Kevin Paxton of Ivanhoe, Dale Paxton of Blanco, Jimmie DeWayne Paxton of Muskogee, Jerry Don Paxton of McAlester, Jimmie Don Paxton of McAlester, Diamond Noahubi of Idabel, Tim Noahubi of Calera, Nancy Paxton Garcia of Bonham, Keri Dawn Paxton of McAlester and Amy Davis of Sherman; and his siblings, Tom Leflore of McAlester, Joe Anderson of Blanco, Brenda Capehart of Kiowa and Alta Willie of Blanco. He is also survived by grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relative and many friends.
