He was predeceased by: his father Henry C. Clark; his brother Ernest F. Clark (Frankie); and his grandparents, William, Beulah Clark, Teet and Bess Williamson.
He is survived by: his mother Faye B. Clark; his wife Barbara; his children, Jason Clark (Laura) of Ft. Wayne and Lisa Cox (Cody) of Idabel, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Sarah James, Nathan James, Jordan Horn, Maggie Clark, Quentin Cox, Breanna Causey (Cory) and Kiley Cox; his great grandchildren, Kaydence Causey, River Causey and Parker Causey; and his brothers, Johnny Clark (Elizabeth) and Clint Clark (Andrea). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of many friends and 1969 classmates.
