She is survived by: her children, Tayler Stephensen (McKenzie) of Levan, UT, April Swearingin (Sonny) of Valliant, OK and Karli Tatum (Benny) of Rufe, OK; her grandchildren, Kadyn, Ryan, Kylin, Kacin, Dylan, Jaidyn and Paityn; and her brother Steve Jensen.
