He was predeceased by: his father Franke Harold Ott; his grandparents, Troy, Bessie Ott, Everett and Phyllis Petchinsky; his sister Julie Lynn Ott; and his child Sassy.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his mother Janet Ott-Smith (Mike) of Shreveport, LA; his children, Brandon Ott (Kayla) of Valliant, Kaylee Ott of Valliant, Bruno and Bella; his brothers, Anthony Ott (Earnie) of Idabel, Terry Ott (Michelle) of Blanchard, OK and Dave Koons (Shirley) of Hennessey, OK; his grandchildren, Patience, Charisma, Kanaan and Carlie Ott; his pets, Niko and Arya; his nieces and nephews, Reva, Micah Ott, Matthew and Amy Braddy; and his close friend DeAnn McMurl (Randy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Bank where an account has been set up to cover final expenses.
