He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Johnson and Freddie Miller (Tidmore); and his sister Dayna Dianne Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Voyen Miller, Jr. of Converse, LA, Pamela Huskins of Valliant, OK, Caryn Petree of Gilette, WY, Kevin Miller of Colton, CA, Brent Johnson of Fisher, TX, Robert Moore of Valliant, OK and Dave Caper, II; and his aunts, Joyce Capers of Paris, TX, June Adams of Valliant, OK and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many loved family and friends.
