It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Carter (Valliant, Oklahoma), born in Idabel, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carter and Mattie Carter Thomas (Luper). He is survived by: his wife Romy Carter; his children, Tamira Carter of Broken Bow, OK, Billexi Cox (Mathew) of McAlester, OK, Heath Carter of Broken Bow, OK, Cameron Carter of Seagraves, TX and Ryan Saenz of Valliant, OK; his siblings, Debbie Graham (Dewey) of Valliant, OK, Brenda James (Steve) of Bedias, TX, Charlie Carter (Tammy) of Valliant, OK and Joey Carter (Alicia) of Valliant, OK; and his grandchildren, Hadlee, Maverick, Everley, Harlow and Maddie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
