She is survived by: her father James Allen Bates, Sr. of Union City, OK; her children, Jazmine Wolff (Jeffrey) of Weatherford, OK, Joshua Bates of Yukon, OK, Jaycie Owings of Geary, OK and Jozsalyn Bates of Geary, OK; and her siblings, James Allen "Sonny" Bates of Okemah, OK and Jandra Annette Bates of Abilene, TX. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
