She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Delay and Darlene Delay (Grover); her brother Ronnie Charles Delay; and her sister-in-law LeAnn Delay. She is survived by: her significant other Jim Earnest; her daughters, Jennifer Montenegro (Obed) of League City, TX and Crystal Ratzlaff (Dave) of Turpin, OK; and her siblings, Melvin "Bob" Robert Delay (Eva) of Cawker City, KS, Pamela Bennett (Jim) of Bellvue, CO and Dixie Ann Symons (Bee) of Liberal, KS. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, Three Great Grandchildren.
