He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Crystal Ratzlaff of Turpin, OK and Jennifer Montenegro of League City, TX; and his sisters, Sharla Diane Juvenal of Oklahoma City, OK, Linda LeBlanc of Longview, TX, Dawana Grow of Wichita, KS and Shona Ratzlaff (Marvin Earnest) of Wichita, KS.
