She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Schultz and Mabel Schultz (Bennett); and her siblings, Charlie Schultz, Ronald Dean Schultz, Betty Lou Hanna, Reva Reffitt and Jody Salley.
She is survived by: her children, Karl E. Springmeyer of Tyrone, OK, Vicki Austin (Steve) of Liberal, KS, Kim Painter (Tommy) of Buffalo, OK and Janet Mongold (Richard) of Liberal, KS; and her sister Doris House of Tyrone, OK. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren.
