He is survived by: his wife Cheryl De Smith (Sheri); his children, Joe (Heather) of Newcastle, OK and Jessie Hardin (Billy) of Tuttle, OK; his grandchildren, Sydni Winn (Chase), Sage Smith, Seydi Blount (Henry), Billy Hardin and Braylon Hardin; his great grandchild Emmitt Winn; and his brothers, James E Smith (Mary), David Smith (Benni) and Bobby Smith (Diana).
