He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris Liticker Shook and Benjamin G. Shook; and his sisters, Elwanda Walker (Jack) and Mary Ellen Skaggs (Buddy). He is survived by: his children, Suzanne (Stanley) and Tim; his wife Joy; his grandchildren, Jason Rooker (Meegan), Jana Waitman (Matt), Jerod Shook (Ashley) and Lauren Krapff (Colin); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Tyler, Tucker, Kassidy, Mattison, Brody, Camdyn, Lincoln and Norah.
