She was predeceased by: her parents, John Levis and Sharon Levis; and her granddaughter Zoey Marie Smith. She is survived by: her stepchild Francis Smith of Tuttle; her grandsons, Zachary Smith of Moore, Sierra Smith of Glendale, AZ and Shannon Smith of Tuttle; and her siblings, Wes Levis (Laura) of Michigan, Kelly Staley (Chris) of Iowa, Stacie Giamba of Connecticut and Kimberly Johnson of Connecticut. She is also survived by ten grandsons and one angel granddaughter.
