He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Burlston Collums and Rosa Mae Lucas; his wife Geraldine; his son Donnie Collums; his children-in-law, Darlene Collums and David Blanchard; his granddaughter Jeri Blanchard; and his siblings, Clinton, Clayton "Jeep", Jimmy, Nathelda Sue Johnson and LaDella Jean Hackler.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Collums (Charlie) of Enid, OK and Linda Anderton (Bruce) of Grand Lake, LA; his daughter-in-law Nina Collums of Dover, OK; his stepdaughter Donna Santiny of Larose, LA; his sister Janet Reed of Texas; and his grandchildren, Robby, Danny, Donny, Tammy, Brian, Diana and Jason. He is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren; and numerous great great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
