He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Osborn and Ida Osborn (Kuhlman). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary McGee; his children, Cheri Rodenberger (Bob) of Oklahoma City and Tim Osborn (Tina) of Tuttle; his grandson Tyler Norvell (Beth); his great grandchildren, Madilyn and Saylor of Tuttle; his granddaughter Julie Henderson (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Coen and Scout of Tuttle; his grandson Will Osborn (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Lily and Luke of Tuttle; his grandson Kyle Norvell (Tamara); his great grandchildren, Cheri and Abigail; and his siblings, James Osborn (Mary Ann) of Tuttle and Janice Kennedy (Carl) of South Carolina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
