She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Gibson and Winnie K. Gibson; her sister Kathryn Matchen; and her son-in-law Tim Plumlee. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Shelly Cerny (John) and Kim Jeter (Jerry); her sister Jackie Whitlock; and her grandchildren, Jerry Jeter III (Ari), Kamiren Elrod (Cody), Ethan Plumlee (Ashley), Kenser Plumlee, Cristina Beatty (Ken), Lori Brewer (Jason), Rachel Overtourf (Bobby), Glenn Cerny and Emily Knowles (Garrett). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and several other family members and friends.
