He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bozarth; his children, Audrey O'Toole (Rick), Buddy Don Bozarth and Bobby Joe Bozarth (Sherry); his siblings, Pat Johnson (Elmer), Connie Porter (Lee), Glenda Gore (Bozarth) and Roger Bozarth (Gloria); his brother-in-law Melvin Garrett; and his friend Marquita Byars. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
