We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Janice Kay Phillips (Tuttle, Oklahoma), born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Waggoner and Jackie Waggoner; and her brother Jimmy Waggoner. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her sister JoAnne (Rick Wolcott); and her sister-in-law Carla (Wayne).

Services will be held at Snow Hill Baptist Church on Monday January 16th at 1:30 p.m. 11 S Morgan Rd, Tuttle, OK 73089, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Snow Hill Baptist Church, "Wednesday's Are For Others" ministry.
