He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Weir and Hester Edith Jordan Weir (Carolyn Weir); and his brother-in-law Roger Foster. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Francis Foster; his son John Weir (Theresa) of Orlando; his grandchildren, Luke Weir (Stacey Morgan) of Orlando and Ashley Sears (Michael) of Cashion; his great grandchildren, Tatum Weir, Tayla Weir, Torrance Weir, Reagan Sears and Ridge Sears (Sherry Dimon) of Perry; and his sister-in-law Louise Foster.
