She is survived by: her husband Don Walker; her daughter Dawn; her son-in-law Phillip Miller of Norman; her son Robert; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Walker of Memphis, TN.; and her grandchildren, Jason Miller (Lexy), Kimberlin Miller, Jackson Walker and Davis Walker. She is also survived by her parents & 2 brothers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jackie's name to the Ocular Melanoma Foundation or American Cancer Society.
