He is survived by: his grandchildren, Talon Jay Heath and Meghan Andrea Heath; his wife Wanda Sipe; his children, Lorinda Sipe, Kathy Corlee (Chris), Phillip Sipe (Sonja), Robert Sipe (Lisa), Mona Popejoy (Ricky) and Tracy Sipe (Sharon); and his siblings, Loretta O'Hara (Forrest), David Sipe (Ginger), Donna Harryman (Doyle) and Paula McDaniel. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
